Hard work but all went well and the results were provided in a friendly and understandable manner.

Staff had been very helpful in moving arrangements around to fit my appointment time needs.Stephanie welcomed me, was attentive. Dr Ali listened attentively to my explanation and quickly got to the point of what he needed to do for me. Subsequently Stephanie was efficient in making a procedure appointment for me at the earliest available time; provided all the information I needed and noted my questions to ask Dr Ali. She followed up promptly by phone later in the day. At my previous appointment I had been shown into a room by the nurse who said her practice was to ask me about how I had been, etc and then she would tell Dr Ali. I declined as I was struggling to breathe and did not want to repeat myself. When Dr Ali came into the room he sat at the side, with the nurse in the primary position in front of me. As a patient, I found this request/type of consultation to be disrespectful. I do not need a medical interpreter or someone to speak on my behalf. My long term medical relationship is with Dr Ali and I wanted to continue speaking directly with him in a confidential environment. It was good to be able to do that at the appointment today. I appreciate that the nurse has a role in calling patients following up about making appointments after tests- as she did with me this week, which was helpful.

AS usual helpful and meaningful diagnosis and advice

All good. I was late & that was accepted with grace. Thank you. I did leave a bit confused by next steps. Dr Ali doesn't seem to know the admin processes, even tho he has prescribed them. I'm not really sure what is going to happen next. It's frustrating to be told I need to speak with Megan to see what can be done. The Dr is not in control; the business is.

Appointment was to collect CPAP machine. All went smoothly once the technician and I gained entrance to Suite 2

Highly recommend Dr Ali Aminazad. Extremely thorough and patient, taking the time to answer all your questions and explain everything clearly and in detail.
