Admin staff and doctors are very lovely, Especially Dr Makki who is very knowledgeable!

Disappointed, that after all the medications and the cost of 5 minute consult on ph, I still had to pay $240. I've had lung function tests, which weren't good, then blood tests, showing that I have a very bad fungal infection in my lung and windpipe, and now I'm back to the beginning, of why I am still so sick.

My husband & I found Dr Ali Aminazad very easy to talk to and he clearly explained certain issues on my scan to me. I'm very happy go ahead with his recommendations starting this week.

Reception was very accommodating at finding appropriate appointments time. It is an advantage having nurse assistant tough I appreciate this is so Ali can see more patients. Spirometry was friendly, efficient and the technology allows patient to observe progress. Ali always remembers me, my interests, status and acts professionally. He explains results. On this occasion both Ali and the nurse forgot to discuss my medication. I rang back later to clarify

Tests were performed efficiently and with clear instructions

Staff had been very helpful in moving arrangements around to fit my appointment time needs.Stephanie welcomed me, was attentive. Dr Ali listened attentively to my explanation and quickly got to the point of what he needed to do for me. Subsequently Stephanie was efficient in making a procedure appointment for me at the earliest available time; provided all the information I needed and noted my questions to ask Dr Ali. She followed up promptly by phone later in the day. At my previous appointment I had been shown into a room by the nurse who said her practice was to ask me about how I had been, etc and then she would tell Dr Ali. I declined as I was struggling to breathe and did not want to repeat myself. When Dr Ali came into the room he sat at the side, with the nurse in the primary position in front of me. As a patient, I found this request/type of consultation to be disrespectful. I do not need a medical interpreter or someone to speak on my behalf. My long term medical relationship is with Dr Ali and I wanted to continue speaking directly with him in a confidential environment. It was good to be able to do that at the appointment today. I appreciate that the nurse has a role in calling patients following up about making appointments after tests- as she did with me this week, which was helpful.
