Online appointment was scheduled for 10am. Dr Foo commenced at 10:20 (no apology issued). Generally underwhelmed with consultation. The onus was on the patient to ask most of the questions. I managed to push the appointment out to 18 minutes through asking questions (which were answered in detail) despite it being a 30 minute consultation. Generally underwhelmed with clinic. Admin processes also need to be improved, as I had admin staff contacting me for the same thing, which demonstrates that the system/platform/process used is inadequate.
