Trouble with billing. Lung function guy did NOT do finger prick blood test, and did not tell accounts. So i was charged for procedure i did not have. Also i received email in the evening about my next appointment in 12 months time. BUT that was wrong , had the wrong year. It is not good enough, why can the person ( Behzad Amir ) not just check email before sending. Also the email says :- " to kindly arrange payment upon receiving this email " I think that is not good. That means for me, $471 one year in advance. I just can not believe it. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth as the saying goes. Colin

Friendly, efficient staff at Knox Private for lung function test. Dr Porsa was friendly & informative. She explained everything thoroughly & allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions. Very happy with the care given to me all round.

Dr Makki was very easy to talk to. He went into detail and explained any issues fully. My only issue with the rooms is the lack of soundproofing. I could easily hear the patient and practioner from the waiting room.

Receptionist were very kind, and Dr Sadie is a beautiful and kind Dr. She explained all tests to my daughter and myself, and came home with new medication to begin.
