Even though I walked into the clinic already very disappointed about the way the clinic's prepayment policy is being handled, I walked out totally delighted by Dr. Makki's world class professionalism! Must admit, the "wording" of the "Prepayment Policy" is not worthy of such high-profile practice. It is rather condescending, and I feel most inappropriate, and should be reviewed. Specifically, this sentence: we take a small “commitment deposit” of $100 to keep your spot warm and ensure you’re all set for your appointment – no ghosting allowed! Doc Makki is a very caring doc. He explained a lot of things to me and spent a lot of time with me.

Dr Tim has been looking after me for over five years! He has been right on virtually every call especially this last one! He has a gift of persuasion which involves balance and professionalism as I was very reluctant to be hospitalised. I will be forever grateful for his talent and skill and keeping me alive!!!
