Trouble with billing. Lung function guy did NOT do finger prick blood test, and did not tell accounts. So i was charged for procedure i did not have. Also i received email in the evening about my next appointment in 12 months time. BUT that was wrong , had the wrong year. It is not good enough, why can the person ( Behzad Amir ) not just check email before sending. Also the email says :- " to kindly arrange payment upon receiving this email " I think that is not good. That means for me, $471 one year in advance. I just can not believe it. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth as the saying goes. Colin
