I was very satisfied with my treatment.
Staff had been very helpful in moving arrangements around to fit my appointment time needs.Stephanie welcomed me, was attentive. Dr Ali listened attentively to my explanation and quickly got to the point of what he needed to do for me. Subsequently Stephanie was efficient in making a procedure appointment for me at the earliest available time; provided all the information I needed and noted my questions to ask Dr Ali. She followed up promptly by phone later in the day. At my previous appointment I had been shown into a room by the nurse who said her practice was to ask me about how I had been, etc and then she would tell Dr Ali. I declined as I was struggling to breathe and did not want to repeat myself. When Dr Ali came into the room he sat at the side, with the nurse in the primary position in front of me. As a patient, I found this request/type of consultation to be disrespectful. I do not need a medical interpreter or someone to speak on my behalf. My long term medical relationship is with Dr Ali and I wanted to continue speaking directly with him in a confidential environment. It was good to be able to do that at the appointment today. I appreciate that the nurse has a role in calling patients following up about making appointments after tests- as she did with me this week, which was helpful.
Dr Sadie Porsa explained to me the outcome of the recent scans and procedures I had had in the the last couple of weeks and outlined what steps we would take to resolve the issue with an area of concern on my lung. I was very satisfied with the consultation. The doctors I have seen at RSDC have had a very caring and professional manner.

Doctor went well. But your admin is to high tech for an old fart (.maybe u should examine your client base), you have sent me a mountain of attachments but I have no idea what any of them say because I cannot open them. I do not have a computer have to rely on phone and can't open E.m.Z on my phone. If anything was important u will have to find another way. You asked for an internet payment and I cannot do them, u also wanted a screenshot( whatever that is) sent to u, no hope. I personally think u are to technical for what you are doing( bet im not the only one,),sorry no tick from me

Dr Ali excellent respiratory doctor. Talks very fast. Very fast consultation. I take notes with me as reminder of the queries I have. I appreciate his kindness and concern about my health condition. I'm grateful I can continue to have my appointment at Camberwell rooms even though it is an inconvenience for Dr Ali and his staff. Mr Hooman is very efficient for the lung test and very helpful for the CPAP review.
Such a professional and knowledgeable Doctor. I am extremely thankful for everything he did for me.
