Excellent service. Clearly explained the medical issue and answered questions in no rush.

Administration seems disorganized. I had an appointment for Epworth Camberwell 28/04/2025. I received a reminder for my 28th April appointment at Knox. I rang to say I didn't want to go to Knox. I'd had a bad experience with a previous appointment. I was told Camberwell was no longer available but I could go to Balwyn North. As I was changing my appointment I would have to wait until mid June, 24th June, for an appointment at Balwyn North. One week before the appointment I received a reminder for my 24th June appointment at Epworth Camberwell. I sent a return text asking for confirmation for where the appointment was to be conducted, 2 days in a row. No reply. Then on 19th June I received a text reminder to bring a new referral from the GP. I couldn't get an appointment for GP until 23rd June. The clinic is unavailable 19th or 20th. The appointment is late morning and I have a lunch appointment that day. I rang the Respiratory reception and it was confirmed my appointment is for Epworth Camberwell which I prefer. Easier driving and easier parking. Maybe I could have kept my earlier Camberwell appointment on April 28th. It is all stress I could have done without. The change from Camberwell to Knox was done without my knowledge. Same with the change from Balwyn North to Camberwell, without my knowledge. Laurel Luce

Dr Tim has been looking after me for over five years! He has been right on virtually every call especially this last one! He has a gift of persuasion which involves balance and professionalism as I was very reluctant to be hospitalised. I will be forever grateful for his talent and skill and keeping me alive!!! He has never given up on me and if not for Tim I would not be here now!! Cheers from a very grateful Russell

Dr Porsa explained carefully her considered opinion of my health-related issues after questioning me extensively about any factors that might be relevant. Her explanations were clear and understandable and she suggested a course of treatment, to be followed up in 6 weeks. She was pleasant, friendly and informative.

The doctor was very thorough asked a lot of questions and had obviously read the referall and all attached paperwork and was willing to listen The front counter staff were exellent and followed thru with emailing paperwork to me was impressed with service provided

Todays visit covered brathing and lung condition. With prescription given to assist with pain and shortness of breath. Also we have had a CPAP on trial which, has been challenging getting a comfortable reaction with the machine. I am confused what the best thing to do. Shall take the medication Dr Tim Cheung prescribed and shalll use the suggested “cream” prescribed when or if we use the CPAP again. Have an appointment 16December 12.15pm

Dr Timothy Cheung is an excellent specialist and I have no faults to say. Great Doctor. One problem that has been addressed to cardiologists as well that I have and my wife has the same problem is the FEES. we have a pension card but still the fees go up. Especially when you have to get a referral. Even though you have gone there for many years. You pay extra because you have a new referral. My idea is after paying $315 instead of getting back $148 should be $200 to the customer. I am sure that the reminder will be made up in an hour of consultations from other patients. Anyway cannot fault Dr Cheung 10/10
