Good treatment by all staff, very satisfied
Dr Timothy Cheung is an excellent specialist and I have no faults to say. Great Doctor. One problem that has been addressed to cardiologists as well that I have and my wife has the same problem is the FEES. we have a pension card but still the fees go up. Especially when you have to get a referral. Even though you have gone there for many years. You pay extra because you have a new referral. My idea is after paying $315 instead of getting back $148 should be $200 to the customer. I am sure that the reminder will be made up in an hour of consultations from other patients. Anyway cannot fault Dr Cheung 10/10

In trying to track down my history of breathing difficulty I found RSDC to be helpful and informative, offering solutions. The reception area was also cabable, friendly and efficient.
Great tele system. Using the link to go to the 'waiting room ' was quite unique. Very easy to use. I'm glad the medical receptionist explained the system beforehand though. Dr Porsa was very clear and concise, virtually the same as if I was physically in her room.
Even though I walked into the clinic already very disappointed about the way the clinic's prepayment policy is being handled, I walked out totally delighted by Dr. Makki's world class professionalism! Must admit, the "wording" of the "Prepayment Policy" is not worthy of such high-profile practice. It is rather condescending, and I feel most inappropriate, and should be reviewed. Specifically, this sentence: we take a small “commitment deposit” of $100 to keep your spot warm and ensure you’re all set for your appointment – no ghosting allowed!
